Polyunsaturated Fat
Polyunsaturated fat is an unsaturated fat and liquid at room temperature. Polyunsaturated fat is a good kind of fat and is needed by the body's cells to function properly, but as all types of fat it can cause weight gain if there is too much in the diet. Foods containing polyunsaturated fat include corn oil, soybean oil, safflower oil, and many types of nuts.
